I love words, they have such power to paint an image, but sometimes it&#8217;s nice just to look. That&#8217;s what I did last week end on a windy, deserted beach in the Otways. Walked with loved ones, admired the textures and colours of the place. The throbbing sound of a native bird flitting out of sight, breast heaving with it&#8217;s own private aria. And most importantly of all laughed at doggy antics and RELAXED.
