Visited Trentham on the weekend and a quirkier little town you could not imagine. The resident animal sculptor had been busy and giraffes peered over fences and roosters perched on roofs, a trio of wombats were frozen mid chase on the roof of the antique store and a monkey greeted you at the entry. Walking into the bush we discovered an old racetrack, the perfect place for woodland fairies to dart in and out of shadows, or maybe just the local hoodlums to set fire to old cars.
